Jam enthusiasts Sky Cracknell and Kai Knutsen created England Preserves in 2001.
Since then their artisan jams have found their way from local farmers’ market to premium retailer shelves and gourmet restaurant menus.
All the preserves are made by hand in Bermondsey, retaining flavour and colour for brighter, bolder jams, using produce sourced from local markets and selected orchards.
Their distinct packaging is influenced by vintage Curwen Press patterns.
The following flavours are available:
Piccalilli 210g - Crunchy fresh vegetables preserved in Aspall Cider Vinegar, in a piquant mustard sauce.
Gooseberry and Elderflower Jam 230g - The best of Summer's flavours in a jar.
Blackcurrant Blighty 220g - This jam has the lowest level of sugar in the range, bringing out the natural flavour of the fruit.
Cherry Amour 220g - Deep, well rounded, aromatic flavours with a hint of almond. These cherries are sourced from a historic orchard in Essex.
Pear, Date and Ale Chutney 220g - Balanced, fruity, with a hint of ginger. Made with Kernel brewery Ale.
Red Onion Marmalade 215g - Excellent with cheese, game and savoury pastry.
