The Artisan Kitchen is Sarah Churchill's multi-award-winning artisanal preserve company, founded in 2011 in Gloucester.
Sarah's goal is to produce the highest quality preserves using fresh, hand-sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables from local growers, private orchards, hedgerows and local allotments from the surrounding three counties of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The jams have a high fruit content and are soft set, to allow the natural flavour of the fruit to shine through. Pickles are chunky, full flavoured and textured.

Damson and Raspberry Jam 227g
A really fruity jam, made with 50% raspberries and 50% damsons, slightly softer set and full of flavour. Always cooked in small batches by hand in small open pans.
Tutti Frutti Jam 227g
A mix of berries and Bramley apples, soft set and full of summery, ripe fruit flavour.
Summer Citrus Marmalade 227g
With fresh citrus fruits all hand cut, this marmalade takes over two days of careful preperation and cooking to make a zesty fruity spread for the breakfast table.
Pink Grapefruit Lemon Verbena Marmalade 227g
One for grapefruit lovers, a fragrant, zesty, colourful marmalde with herbal notes.
Gloucestershire Wild Fruit Jam 227g
A combination of foraged hedgerow fruits, this jam is rich and jewel coloured, with a sweet berry bouquet.
Apricot and Lemon Verbena Jam 227g
Velvety French apricots with a hint of herbal lemon.
Blaisdon Red Plum Jam 227g
A plum jam made from the fruit collected from an orchard in Blaisdon in The Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.
Toffee Apple Jam 227g
A thick apple jam with a homemade toffee sauce mixed through and spiced with cinammon. Made with locally sourced apples.
